If our finish ever peels, bubbles, flakes, or fails from an error in our prep or application, we'll come back and fix it free — for as long as you own your home. No hassle.
Keep a running list of the year's scuffs and dings. Once a year we'll visit — up to 45 minutes, on the house — to touch them all up at once and tighten any loose hinges.
We leave you with jars of your exact primer and topcoat, micro-applicators, and a simple care guide — so you can dab away tiny chips in about a minute.
Everyday wear and tear — a scratch from a dropped pan, water damage from a leaky sink, harsh cleaning chemicals, or the natural seasonal movement of wood — isn't covered under the warranty. That's exactly why the annual tune-up and touch-up kit are included. Need a special trip outside your free tune-up? We're happy to come out for a standard $85 service fee plus materials.
